Philip is an accomplished professional with twenty-five years’ experience working in China and Asia on trade and investment programmes. He is an accomplished Team Leader of large-scale EU Funded projects in the trade and investment arena and has also supported multinational companies in the design and delivery of supply chain strategies. Philip is experienced in the strategic design of business internationalisation and compliance strategies.
Mary Guo
Co-founder / Finance Manager
Mary has provided financial oversight for over 150 EU-funded projects and has over 15 years of experience in financial planning and management and coordinating EU-funded projects in a finance and contracts backstopping capacity. Mary is experienced in ensuring project compliance with EC rules and procedures and financial processes, overseeing administration of project accounts, and ensuring the quality of reporting to the European Commission. Her areas of expertise include budget planning for multi-type of EU projects, budgeting, cost control, third-party contractual management, payments, and financial consolidations of accounts.

Simon Cheetham
Team Leader
Simon brings over 30 years of expertise in EU project management, with a specialized focus on EU-China relations. His extensive background includes leadership in commercial investigations, due diligence, and IPR enforcement in China and internationally, including his role as Managing Director in Erinyes International Ltd. In his role as Team Leader for the portfolio projects, he designs the operational framework of projects and oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring all project outcomes, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
Alessandra Capriglia
Project Manager
With a strong background in management, technical, and logistical backstopping, Alessandra has had management responsibility for various EU-funded projects within the company portfolio and has been responsible for their successful implementation. Her career has been focused on EU-China cooperation, having lived and worked in both Europe and China. In her role as Project Manager, Alessandra ensures the efficient and timely delivery of project tasks while maintaining high standards of execution.
Federica De Curtis
Stakeholder Manager
Federica has demonstrable experience in the field of EU law, EU external action and EU foreign policy and international cooperation and holds an LL.M in European Law and Policies. She additionally has experience in the implementation of EU-funded projects. In her role of Stakeholder Manager, Federica implements a wide variety of communication and outreach activities and supports the Project Manager in daily project operations.
Mariana Fagotti
Events and Communications Officer
Mariana is a dynamic project executive with a strong track record in event support and project execution, particularly within the context of international projects and organisations. She is currently involved in event management, awareness-raising, and communications for the portfolio projects. Mariana works closely with administrative teams to ensure smooth execution and impactful representation of project initiatives.
